How do I prevent my furniture covered patio fly?

I have a patio set (table and four chairs) on my balcony I put a tarp over it. It quite heavy and durable, but not for release on windy days. Some tips to keep flying? I suppose I could put huge rocks above the table or something, but I think it would be too attractive. Thanks!

Maybe some clothes pins will do. Push-to-worse, the use of rocks. It can be painted with fish or something to that from being cute.
